New yoga classes (every Friday) are underway at the Michael Wood Centre in Leicester.

Anyone is welcome, however, this class is aimed at beginners and/or those wanting a gentler and more relaxing yoga experience.

Each class includes yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to develop strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation. Classes are suitable for everyone; please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
